“Across Canada Cookbook” – the Legion Ladies’ Auxiliary Cookbook is still available! It was a huge undertaking so many years ago but proved to be a fantastic fundraiser to help furnish the kitchen and pay off the mortgage of the new Legion hall built on Lumber Avenue.
